Lung Cleansing ?

It's supposed to clean out all the mucus and impurities out of your lungs, this guy told me about. I goggled it and I found more than one method, so I wanted to know if anyone else knew anything about it.

From what I've read, all that "cleansing" stuff, is gimmick. Particularly when you go on all juice diets or whatever. Your body will cleanse itself if you feed it right. This could be a different situation though.

if you have mucous in your lungs I reckon you're in serious fucking trouble

There's probably too many trends these days towards selling some sort of 3-day-miracle-toxin-flush (that basically makes you shit like a racehorse) so I wouldn't be surprised if "lung cleansing" was in that category as well

Just get exercise and try for a higher level of CV fitness, eat right, stay out of traffic and nightclubs - also breathing from the abdomen to help those lower lobes of the lung fill - etc etc

if you smoke - taking a break usually does it.

ginger is supposed to loosen the mucus and make it easier to cough up. not sure if this works at all.

if you have gross phlegm - maybe Mucinex can do it for you.
it helps get all that gunk loose and outta your lungs.
