If anyone can give solid tips on Muay Thai training I would be forever greatful; you might even be the recipient of my "eternal gratitude". I'm looking for your best tips on weight training, cardio, and nutrition. I've got to preface that I'm somewhat against supplementation, but if they work for you, lemme know how you roll.
