It was you who said you had injured something doing Muay thai, then re-injured it 2 1/2 months later.
I was saying I injured my GROIN (Gracilis muscle to be specific) doing muay thai. Your groin is what gets stretched on your plant leg.

Very, very different from the stresses put on your back boxing or doing Muay Thai. Muay Thai is something you cannot do with a groin injury of any significance, (I figured I had just strained it when in reality I probably had a small to medium tear) and figured a couple months rest was enough. It wasn't.

But 2 months removed from hurting my back I could be back doing light running and Muay Thai. Just different things put different stresses on different muscles. It seems you understand this, just misunderstood what I was saying.

According to a BMA study around 82% of men who took part in the vicious fights were gay before they started and another 12% became gay during their first fight.

The remaining 6% took part in cage fighting because they wanted to beat up gay men.

Good for him. Painkillers did NOTHING for me and my back pain. Pot does a lot more because it changes the way I perceive the nerve pain. Opiates do nothing for me except some sort of placebo effect at best (satisfies the craving for the junk and makes me feel better).

wow....training is kinda a catch-22 imo. Train too light and you'll get tooled. Train too hard and the body breaks down.....one day we will all have crazy robot body parts, and this won't be a problem. Literally smashing someone's face from said robot body parts.....that's a whole different story.

I truly dont know what the right answer is other than everybody loses out. The fighters(not fighting, not paid), the promotion(deleted star power = deleted sales for PPV), the fans(dont get to see the fights we were anticipating)

Yea, crazy as well that it all happened in pretty much the same week. Oh well....I can't really complain, I have access to a ton of free fights and ppvs now that the sport is bigger. Never enough MMA imo.......I was really looking foward to that Silva-Sonnen II and Faber-Barao fights being on the same card.

Barao vs Faber has been moved to 149 because Aldo vs Koch is off due to injury
