Seagal would annihilate Anderson. Anderson is lucky he's outweighed everybody his entire career. Doesn't outweigh Seagal and would get his wrist snapped.

According to a BMA study around 82% of men who took part in the vicious fights were gay before they started and another 12% became gay during their first fight.

The remaining 6% took part in cage fighting because they wanted to beat up gay men.

Segal would beat Silva with a gym sock with a cue ball in it.

It's much easier doing those moves when you know exactly what's coming. Strikes in real fights rarely come from a guy standing flatfooted in front of you either. If Anderson was bouncing up and down, circling, closing and opening distance, then came in with strikes when he saw openings, Seagal would have little to no chance of actually blocking and countering the way he does in these videos.

I agree that Anderson has fought his entire career as a big middleweight. Even if he doesn't have a weight advantage, his reach and height advantage is almost always there, which probably is even more significant.

To be fair though we have seen Machida block punches midair and use an Akido looking trip.

Its hard to block a full speed punch but much easier when your hands are already up and you have really good reflexes. It also allows you to parry.

One should never be close minded. You never know what can help your game. The proof is in the sweet front kick to the face pudding.

No way dude. Have you seen Seagal's hand eye coordination when he's moving around? Tommy Lee Jones was trying to use movement to confuse him and he was parrying all his attacks with a knife. Rumor has it the SS offered Anderson 100,000 dollars if he could hit him once. Anderson didn't even come close. Some even say SS threw Anderson with a wrist lock and tapped him out seconds later.

Front kick to the face is my favorite flavor of pudding.

    Butterscotch is a close second.

I'm not denying that these maneuvers can be executed in a fight, but only that they are much more difficult to do so. Making the block alone isn't too hard (when your hands are up), it's blocking and countering (especially in one motion) as Seagal demonstrates. That's fucking real hard. In-fact, I don't even recall anyone ever doing a block and strike simultaneously (or close to it) in a MMA fight.
