The format for this DVD is a video diary which features John Cena's busy schedule from Tribute to the Troops 2009 to summer 2010. It is always funny seeing the reactions of women and children when Cena walks by them all of a sudden. You will also notice that in his media appearances with ESPN, the Fiesta Bowl and Jimmy Fallon, Cena is wearing a suit when he never used to. This is because in fall 2009 when CM Punk was World Champion, the Undertaker went up to him and told him since he is the World Champion, he is representing the company and he needed to dress better. CM Punk replied "What about John Cena?". The next thing you know, Punk lost his championship to the Undertaker and Cena started wearing suits. There were a few boring segments on the DVD including Cena playing golf and attending a muscle car auction, but it makes you realize what a brutal schedule WWE wrestlers have and people should be able to separate John Cena as a person from John Cena as a wrestler after seeing the segments with Make a Wish Foundation. Discs 2 & 3 contain a collection of Cena's matches, most of which are easily found on other PPV DVDs. If you dont own a lot of WWE PPV DVDs, then this DVD would be worth buying. The title is a little perplexing though. How do you experience John Cena on a DVD?
