    Yeah man. White people go hand in hand with potatoes. Like Asian people with rice. Same shit. Its hard to stay away from corn and potatoes, but there is other shit to eat. Sweet potatoes are much better for you and make bomb ass fries and chips.

    Basically your diet will be boring as fuck and many times you will think that there is nothing to eat. But for us old people, that the only way to keep the weight off and to be lean. Well that and to stop drinking beer all week.

    Old thread but good one. For those who like milk, try almond milk. First time tastes a little nutty, but after that it tastes just like milk. It can completely replace it. Good in smoothies too!

    I'm not really a milk drinker but I use in in cold cereal. I ran out the other day and used almond milk that my girlfriend buys. It tastes good with cold cereal and is also good for soaking cookies in.

    double stuffed oreos can be soaked in petrol and I'd still eat them. Best that kind of stuff is just NOT in the house. Grocery shop right after training. This works.

    Fuck that and the drama it brings.... besides I need them carbs for energy. The trick with carbs is consuming it at the right times, during the day from breakfast and tapering off to none in the evening.

    Stop thinking of it in terms of carbs being bad. Of course though we tend to get way too much. The issue is that we assume grains are healthy and make them a staple (and corn being pretty much a grain). Just empty calories. I've pretty much been eating veggies (mostly green), fruit, and then meat, in that order. Also throw some nuts in there - I second almond milk. Make a smoothie out of everything. Cut back the grains and dairy, I eat a little bit of oatmeal and a little bit of organic low-fat yogurt.
