When they were rolling out the ref said stop, but he wasn't very authoritative about it. Avellan got the cue but Rousimar didn't and cranked when Avellan stopped defending. That restart is instant death every time but I don't know what else to do other than extend the out of bounds area.

they were out and the ref asked for a stop but Paul Harris kept cranking/grappling- then he tapped. Paul Harris decides to get up and club the guy during the reset, they calm down and restart, dude does not concede the match(even though he was doomed) and gets his knee torn...but I guess he totally deserved it.

Cheap shotted? He completely took his eyes off his opponent in the middle of the fight and Nate fucking drilled him. Bruce Lee said it a long time ago. NEVER TAKE YOUR EYES OFF YOUR OPPONENT. Grease or not. Don't go and complain to the ref in the fight while your opponent is close.

Same thing happened in the Mayweather fight. I hate Mayweather, but the same situation came up. Guy takes his eyes off his opponent and gets fucking DROPPED.

Not really. The ref said to stop when they went out of bounds, Avellan stopped and Rousimar didn't. I blame the ref because waving your hands and muttering stop isn't going to get in the way of someone who's hyper focused on tearing your foot off.
