Not even going to watch this. Part of being mentally tough is staying focused on your technique and disciplined in your focus and application. This dude is known for having complete brain farts and practically diving into submissions. He is also a cheat and a crook - I would argue that he is mentally WEAK.

He freely admitted to all of that (well except the cheat and crook part, but that goes without saying), and said that his submission losses inspired him to look into sports psychology and mental toughness.
