After further reeading it looks like neutrophil's use glutamine at high rates. So thats another possible benefit from supplementation.

Can someone point me in the right direction here, as this is my 1st time about reading about glutamine. Are there some studies showing glutamine supplementation and it's positive effects on athletes ?

well i only take those 3 sups as above.
i just eat as natural as possible.raw veg ftw !
Thats a good supplement setup hunter, I'd suggest a greens supplement over the multivitamin. But fish oil is essential and there is some evidence of glucosamine helping out your joints.

honestly i dont take glutamine although i take a lot of acidophilus, some vitamin E and iron. and also a lot of msm glucosamine

Majority of the time were watching them sleep... wth is so scary about that!? Fast forward thru the sleep scene around 3ish each night... ghost does something "spooky" cut to next morning... "OMG look the door closed! Granted if this were to happen to me in real life id need a box of adult diapers however... this is a movie and watching it on film... just isn't scary in the least. Current research basically says the only way you need to eat 4-6 meals a day is if you are trying to gain weight and can't fit enough food in in small amounts of meals. I'll post some research when I find it...too lazy right now.
