A good fish oil supp should be everyones number 1. Beyond that, focus on eating often and relatively clean, 4-6 meals. Also cut down on carbs to about 20-30% of total intake, instead up the fat percentage to somewhere around 40% (meaning mainly good fats, like EVO).

You don't need to eat 4-6 times a day. The latest research shows that there is no difference between 4-6 times a day and 3 big meals, as long as you eat enough at the meals....

Thats what us in the biz called a placebo effect.

    Here's my sources:
    http://www.tmuscle.com/free_online_a...09DD3608.hydra
    http://www.tmuscle.com/free_online_a...e_dogma_part_2

and the quote of the bottom line:

"Glutamine is good for hospital patients and rich people with money to waste. If you’re involved in resistance training and already have proper post workout nutrition, along with a moderate carb intake, then glutamine probably won’t do anything for you. In fact, none of the proposed theories dealing with glutamine supplementation have worked out in the athletic world. It’s also one of the most expensive supplements around (simply based on dosage recommendations), so it’s way too costly to use for personal experimentation — especially when the updated scientific literature doesn’t support the theories."

As a general rule when purchasing supplements you should use more than the packages label as a source for what the supplement does.

fuck your sources. it's in almost every whey protein supplement(small amounts) for a reason. Which is used for recovery!!! it's like 15 bucks and maybe if you don't know shit, because you are always injured. working at gnc does not make you all knowing. pwnt/out.

Give me scientific proof in the face of all those studies in that article that has shown it does nothing, then there is a chance I'll believe you. Also considering you don't seem like the type of person who eats well in the first place, you are probably just flushing money down the toilet.

You're whole supplement shake up is based on year 2000 thinking. Where's the fish oil?

my god you are slow. that's why i'm not going to waste my time reading your articles. instead, i'll stick with advice from friends who are in great shape and personal trainers. you use it with protein and before sleep at night. considering i don't seem like the type of person who eats well??? you don't know me.

go ahead and make another injury thread, genius.
