I would refer to the story of the Rich man and Lazarus.
Luke 16: 19 “There was a rich man who was clothed in purple and fine linen and who feasted sumptuously every day. 20 And at his gate was laid a poor man named Lazarus, covered with sores, 21 who desired to be fed with what fell from the rich man's table. Moreover, even the dogs came and licked his sores. 22 The poor man died and was carried by the angels to Abraham's side. [1] The rich man also died and was buried, 23 and in Hades, being in torment, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham far off and Lazarus at his side. 24 And he called out, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus to dip the end of his finger in water and cool my tongue, for I am in anguish in this flame.’ 25 But Abraham said, ‘Child, remember that you in your lifetime received your good things, and Lazarus in like manner bad things; but now he is comforted here, and you are in anguish. 26 And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been fixed, in order that those who would pass from here to you may not be able, and none may cross from there to us.’ 27 And he said, ‘Then I beg you, father, to send him to my father's house— 28 for I have five brothers [2]—so that he may warn them, lest they also come into this place of torment.’ 29 But Abraham said, ‘They have Moses and the Prophets; let them hear them.’ 30 And he said, ‘No, father Abraham, but if someone goes to them from the dead, they will repent.’ 31 He said to him, ‘If they do not hear Moses and the Prophets, neither will they be convinced if someone should rise from the dead.’”
So here we have the story. First thing is when Jesus uses a name it isn't a parable but an actual event. Lazarus eating bread crumbs from the rich mans table, during this time people used bread as napkins to wipe their hands and faces with then discard them.
So in Heaven Lazarus saw the rich man but was separated by a Chasm, fixed, immovable, this chasm is to keep those separated to keep those in Abraham's bosum from going to them and to keep them from coming to His people.
The rich man had memory of his life and his family. He pleaded to Lazarus for a drop of water on his tongue, meaning he had feeling he also had regret in wanting to warn his family. So yes, he could feel everything and remember everything he was as we are now, except in torment eternally. I would suggest pouring over this warning in Luke a bit more to understand it on your own better.

4He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."
Memories of the past will be removed as it has been said that there will be no more mourning or crying in heaven. How can you be happy when you'll remember that you were raped, tortured or murdered and if you can see your loved ones in hell?
Those that will go to hell will have full recollection of their memories as a reminder why they went to hell.

My grandma passed away on halloween, and i absoluly love herrrr. When she was still with me, i wasn't the greatest grandson, but i did my best to help her out (she had a hearing problem, and troubles seeing). Now that she has gone i'm still a little bit sad (not as much as before). Once in a while i see her in my dreams and everytime i see her, i always give her a big hug, but she always looks disappointed in me.
The first time i saw her in my dreams is a while ago. She sitting on the carpet, looking at the computer infront of her (which was off). I walked over there and hugged her. I looked at her and her eyes were completly white.
The second time, she was in our room (i share a room with my bro and her). I gave her a hug again, and she was yelling and looked disapointed in me. I went to bed and she tucked me in while she was still yelling. (every night, when me and my bro were asleep she would always pull the blanket over us).
The third time, in my dreams, I was praying (my grandma would pray every day when ever she woke up, so i am starting to take her place, but i pray before i go to bed) and i saw her standing like 3 feet away from me. I got up and once again, she looked disappointed in me, but i still gave her a hug anyways.
I'm not sure if she is trying to tell me something or not. She loves to watch pro wrestling (she still believed its real even though we told her its fake) but when ever the WWE Divas would go on and start showing off their body, she would change the channel. After my first dream about her, i somehow came to a conclusion that she wants me to stop doing "Stuff" on the computer. Please bro, help me, i really don't know what to do...
