I hate when my keyboard does this.
One night a man had a dream. He dreamed he was walking along the beach with the Lord. Across the sky flashed scenes from his life. For each scene, he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand: one belonging to him, the other to the Lord.
Looking back at the footprints in the sand, he noticed that many times along the path of his life there was only one set of footprints. He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times in his life. This really bothered him and he questioned the Lord about it.
The Lord replied, "My son, My precious child, I love you and would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you."
I havent tried this since I started climbing. I'll try tonight and see how I do
I know that now I can climb a 50 ft rope with no legs though =)
Also, for this - I assume you can't grab your wrist with your other hand right
It was caliper body fat test...not sure how accurate that is, but I'll post a pic.
as far as video, the only times ive tried one arm pullups are when I go to the gym, and I dont tend to carry a camera around. It's nothing special really, its like doing a chinup...but with one arm.

I gonna try them. Can do about 25 reverse grip. But I normally do sets of 16 - 12 - 10 reversre - front - wide.
I'm in, just purchased a pull up bar. I'm 160, can do about 17-20.
Well I suck less. I'm up to about ten and hands facing in is way easier on my shoulders.
i can now pull myself up 3/4 of the way with each arm...i haven't really been training at all though. wait for see.
