It is called Hypoxia training. I begin to study about Hypoxia for my match with Chuck. You have not so much oxygen while you train, it is very hard. After you take out the snorkel your body is able to carry more oxygen, your blood changes to carry more oxygen which means more cardio.
I’m going to have a room in the gym that is like training in the mountains, at high-altitude. The room will have low oxygen, it’s very good training.

the best gun I ever fired was Doom-Cock
it's a .50 cal sidearm, it was the most rediculous kick I've ever experienced (worse than a high powered hunting rifle or a single barrel shotty)
coolest gun i ever fired was the C9 small calibur 200 round drum machine gun, unreal rapid fire and fun as hell, you switch the barrel every 400 rounds
it was all mine for a year in the army, good times
