    Need a bigger challenge

    Hi does anybody in this ninjashoes forum train at all? I see lotsa talk and rarely any action, not disrespecting anybody but that is what this website is..a mma discussion. I need a challenge to maybe motivate me to work harder in the gym. Maybe we can have a "Get In Shape Contest" on here, post videos, pictures whatever of your progess. Serious answers please, if ya'll agree maybe someone can make a sticky thread so we can keep a update on what we achieved through the months.

    Just to see who is in the best shape outta the ninjashoes members, who can gain the most muscle, most ripped, lose weight, stuff like that.
    And we can let the other ninjashoes members decide who wins. Just try to get in the best shape of your lives, see what happens. We just need a time to start and when to end. January is a long ways away and I dunno if I can wait that long.

    If I can find a way to get some before pictures done I'm in... I will not win however because I am nursing a lower back injury, shinsplints, and mild arthritis in all joints...

    But yeah man, I'm in... I used to be in great shape but everything has gone to shit over the last year as my shinsplints have really acted up, I ache all the time, I injured my left shoulder and my back pain comes and goes... but yeah, fuck bros I'm in
