    crunches, situps, leg lifts. If you have those exercise balls you can do some crunches on those, they work hell on your stomach.

    Yea truthfully I dont do em but they should work for others, I just do crunches.

    I do crunches and leg lifts only some times and ive got a mean 6er. Cardio is your savior dude

    Yeah, bicycle crunches/situps.

    That's what I do, it also hits the obliques pretty well.

    yeah. most any trainer or authority will agree that the bicycle crunches work the best.
