I figured I would show everyone the ingredients of my current breakfast health shake. I know its not perfect and alot of people will disagree on what ingredients I should be using. By drinking this I get a certain amount of fruits and veggies I don't normally get in my diet plus it fills me up so I don't get so hungry for junk food during the day.
I mix these ingredients in a blender together with milk to fill up a tall glass.
