The re-release is "Hellsing Ultimate." Essentially what happened with the original Hellsing is that they ran out of money, that is why animation quality goes down as the series progresses. The final two episodes were done completely by interns if my memory serves me correctly. The "Ultimate" release is done because the original creator wasn't happy with the end result. There is a noticeable difference in character development as well as a different ending. I will try and upload them (there are only two currently with a planned total of 6) tomorrow as well as some of the manga. This part of the forum has been too dead for my liking.
