lol, I used to play DOTA almost religiously. It's fun as shit, eventually it gets old, because there isn't much to do after your good at it.

Actually I just got curious, and looked it up to see what has been going on with DOTA. Wow, they even play it at the CPL now? That is crazy. I remember when it was big, but not that big. I also used to play it before this new All-Stars thing with like 70 heroes. I wish I knew where my CDKey was, I'd come pwn with joo.

That would be DAoC.. No, it's DOTA, Defense of the Ancients. A modification, custom-map made for Warcraft III. It is played more than the normal game of Warcraft, and is the most played game on all of battle.net.

haha, thats funny you two have played DOTA also. It's pretty big around where I live. All the Korean and Japanese people that go to the local internet cafes all play DOTA religiously. I also got a big kick out of showing them up in that game.

really, I've never even tried. It just doesn't appeal to me, I like war3 because of the depth of it. One hero sounds a bit of a snooze to me.

dota is great but it's annoying when there's tons of leavers and it's really hard to get good games going sometimes. also there's so much stuff to know that i'll never be good at it. =(
