i need help on making one. not a forum but a regular website. its for my friend who owns a gym. he's had the gym for over ten years but he doesn't know anything about computers.

If no one comes to your rescue, let me know. I made one about five years ago, but the last one I had up, I had someone else do it for me.

1. Setup a hosting account on siteground.com.

2. Learn to use a CMS - Content Management System. I recommend Joomla or Mambo. If that's too much, learn to use WordPress blog software and manipulate it to look more like a website. It's not as confusing as it sounds :)

If i could set one up on Geocities anyone can. It was idiot proof and free. There may be better free sites out there but Geocities was a piece of cake.
