I admittedly havnt watched wrestling seriously since I was about 12 (maybe 14 at the most) and tonight while waiting for UFC to start at 10, I caught a little of TNA. I have to say it was perhaps the gayest thing I've ever seen. Literally, it was gayer than gay anal. These faggots were huddled up, chanting "adrenaline rush, adrenaline rush" a bunch of time, wearing the gayest clothes possible, and not wrestling. It has been on 24 minutes while I finished downloading Shockwave, and all I've seen is the Road Dogg (former WWF guy) call out Michael Hickenbottom (Shawn Michaels). NO MATCHES HAVE HAPPENED YET (unless I missed it).

Anyways, to make this thread interesting, what would happen in a Gomi-Big Show (the Giant) MMA match.

TNA has been in a downward spiral since '04. It really is nothing at all like it was a few years ago. I remember this show being particularly bad because, as you said, the lack of actual wrestling (ironic, when you're called "Total Nonstop Action"). But the wrestling industry today pretty much demands more and more mic-time and stories over actual wrestling, and TNA would probably be failing even worse with just pure matches. Also keep in mind that Impact is really nothing more than an hour long advertisement for their monthly pay-per-view (which is much better, but still not up to par). Hopefully if (when? :) >_>) they get a 2 hour slot, they'll be able to manage their time better. Of course, I've been following them since the beginning in 2002, so I have some sort of emotional attachment that somehow keeps me watching, heh.

No, Tna's trying to get some popularity with a storyline where former members of DX in TNA(Road Dogg and Billy Gunn) call out the newly reformed DX in WWE for... a fight... something....

I've hated the new DX more than anybody, but I think everyone is in agreement, that TNA needs to stop these kinds of segements.

Gomi would probably kill Show right now since Show's body has given up on him, which is why he left the company, after working mostly tag matches the month prior, and barely getting in the ring.
