Newtieg 01-04-2007, 09:08 PM What's up. I'm new here and don't mind most newbie labels, but being given a "tuf noob" label is probably one of the biggest insults i've had in years (internet or real life).
But, since i'll be running under the newbie banner for awhile I'll start off with a newb question. How do I quote other people's posts? I've found the quick reply button, and I've found the edit/quote buttons for my own posts. But, I can't find out how to quote other people in their posts. Do I just need to not be a newb anymore to do this? Or is there some other magically hidden way to accomplish this?
Thank ya,
Me
Aiden 01-04-2007, 09:52 PM yeah i think you need 10 or 20 posts to quote someone but you will know when you can because there will be a small red box in the right corner at the bottom underneither their post It will say ''quote'' (I know thats obvious but some people arent so smart) click that and it will automatically pop up the reply box with their quote already inside then all you have to do is space down a couple times and write you reply to it...your welcome, Me

haha no. I'm born in Jersey, now I live in upstate New York. I was trying to combine a couple of cliche phrases. I think it was "push my buttons" and I have no idea what the other one is, but it has something to do with boiling. I figure if "pushing someone's buttons" is bad, then boiling them is damn near destructive.
Welcome to the forum.
Everyone hates that title. Which is what makes it soo funny.
If you prove yourself by being a good contributor to the site in whichever way you choose then someone might change it for you.
I say this to a lot of guys and then they leave after 10 posts to mooch highlights from here.

Oh I definately came here to mooch the vids. But, I've also been looking for a non-flooded, but still somewhat active mma board for awhile now. I think this one holds up pretty well.

This reminds me very much of that Tales from the Crypt episode in the 90's where some actor gets a role in the play Hamlet, except it's in an insane asylum and he gets to play the skull. I think it was Horatio he played.
