gotta love thompson, he isnt A level by any measure, but he does have exciting fights and loves to bang. i hope yoshida is ok, he looked in bad shape after that beatdown.

i didn't think yoshida was outclassed...i think he showed improved standup..great transition game (takedowns)...but couldn't muster enough up to hold back thompson

yeah i dont think yoshida was outclassed at all, hes just always has seemed a little sheepish to me ever since the first royce fight. idk wtf happend when he flipped himself out of the ring and then laid there forever ... it almost seemed like he was putting that on to get some rest or recover or something, but then he never looked the same after that. he didnt even try to defend thompson from getting the mount, he didnt even put his foot up on his knee or anything. but neways his stand up did look good and he jacked thompson with some good barrages and he took him down a few times and came somewhat close to submitting him ... so i def dont see how he could have "just been outclassed"

it's true he was definartely not outclassed cuz yoshida obviously hasa wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more skills than JT.

put it this way, if they both opened up a school i'd only go to yoshida's.
