Which one of you guys are leaning more towards out of these Nex-gen systems.

Im leaning more towards the 360, but the Wii is pretty fun.

I think wii looks fun to play a bowling or golf game with,otherwise 360 all the way.

I got a Wii, mainly because Nintendo releases fun party systems and I constantly have people over.

i have a wii, it's great for family parties. zelda was awesome too. i'm hoping that nintendo continues to release some good games that are good for single player and multi player.

Right now 360 pwns because it has all the games. Wii has one or two good games and PS3 has one besides the sports games. I just got a PS3 though and it does also pwn, but I won't ever stop playing the 360.

I would go with a 360 right now, but in a year that could all change. This time next year the Wii and PS3 will have more games and stuff out, so I am waiting a little longer before I get one. I am content with PC gaming for now.

You must own both a PS3 and Xbox 360 to be able to enjoy all exclusive games. Nintendo seems to appeal to a different demographic so I can do without the Wii. Any past nintendo games I can play for free without emulators and wii points.

Ones manufactured before 2006 had a shitload of problems, but they ended up paying people back that already paid or fixing the stuff for free if it breaks now. If you get a new one though there is no problems. Plus I still haven't seen anything for the Ps3 that shows the graphics are any better, also since they just announced that Unreal Tournament 3 is now coming out for the 360 as well there isn't a good Ps3 exclusive untill FF XIII.

We have a 360 at work and that is pretty awesome. I don't have to buy one to play it. Though I might anyways. The PS3 is only worth a purchase right now because of R:FOM. I just got a new job so pretty soon I think I might be buying both...hopefully I will have the time to play them though! If any of the Ninjabros wants to play Lost Planet, R6:Vegas, GoW, or CoD3 online, shoot me a PM here and add 'Insomniac Games' to your friends list. I'd be down to play any of those online.

Computers > Consoles

I got wii and 360. I gotta say Wii is horrible. Outside of zelda it has nothing decent, and that game was over rated. Nothing is planned that looks amazing in the next year for it either. Prob going to sell it to a friend. No need to have it sit there as a paper weight.

360 on the other hand has a ton of games out already, plus the entire xbox game lineup that i never got to play. Tons of support planned for it, and 95% of the games coming out for ps3 are coming out for 360.

PS3 is just to expensive for a system that will have all the same games as 360. Its future lineup looks a lot better then Wiis thats for sure.

Besides the controller on the wii, everything else about it makes me feel like I am going back in time. It just has a real cheap feel to it like most Nintendo products.

My Favorite is the Wii, right now you got Zelda: TP which is one of the best Zelda games I've ever played also coming this year you got Super Mario Galaxy, Metroid Prime 3, Mario Kart Wii, and Super Smash Brothers Brawl. Plus the Wii is also only $250.

360 is probably the best choice for most people though. Its got all the sports games and shooters you know and love, also the best online system out of the 3. For games right now you got Gears of War, Rainbow Six Vegas and Oblivion. And the biggies coming out this year are of course Halo 3, Halo wars and my most anticipated game Mass Effect.

GTA 4 is also coming out this year for both 360 and PS3 but PS3 is just not worth it to me I can't see any reason to buy it besides MGS 4 and thats not reason enough for me.

360 is ahead in my book, ps3 has no decent games out yet (i didnt like resistance), Wii is too well to "nintendo" shall i say, zelda was a great game and super-smash brothers seems fun

I would really have to take the xbox 360, Its way better than the wii game wise and i hate everything about wiis controls. The pS3 i dont even know what they were thinking its one of those hey lets take all we need for a good console and then times all that by two then add even more, its pointless, 360 didnt go overboard, or under plus it didnt turn to gimmicks

Overheating is actually a bigger issue with the PS3 than it is with the 360. i work at a best buy and our PS3 demo unit (one we took out of a box and put on display) overheats and locks up probably six times a day in the store. as for the 360, ive had one for a good year now and its yet to overheat on me. we also return about half the PS3s we sell, for whatever reason. im still not a big fan of the PS3 at all, but i think the best system i have played in a looong time is the Wii. that thing is just plain fun. it definately isnt a system that is for everyone tho. lotta wierd games that most people will just shake their heads at, but i love games like that. i literally played wii-sports bowling for five hours before my arm hurt so bad i had to stop. sadly, i suck as bad at that as i do at real bowling. my average is about the same, and i hook the exact same way i do in real life. I do love my 360 to death as well tho, and i am really looking foreward to vegitating in front of crackdown after i pick it up today.

also, anyone interested can go ahead and add EightBitOdin on xbox live. i dont play online much, but crackdown looks to be a blast with its online co-op in the main story.

Ryno83 is my xbox live name. I only have silver right now though, but I have some free 48 hour cards and I just rented this game from my work today.

my favorite next gen console would have to be the 360. I just enjoy the way Live is set up throughout the system and games. Its a nice clean interface which no other console has as well of support for there online community. I like the path the Wii is taking. Nintendo generally has a good idea on what the gaming fans want and usually delivers. I've been a gamer all my life and just looking and understanding the way the industry has been in the past I can get a basic concept on which path each next gen console will take. The Nintendo Franchises are great and fun don't get me wrong. But i'm to the point that everything nintendo has to offer is stale. Its the same thing we've all come to love and cherish but also the same thing that we all come to expect. I love the Wii, my room mate has one but it doesn't have very much lasting appeal for me to go out and buy one. The mini games are fun but after a few games the gimmick slowly fades. I'm interested in seeing what they come up with in terms of new ways to use the remote.

I love my 360 for live like i said earlier but I'm also a FPS fan. So needless to say i'm in paradise. And given the new 3rd party support this go around I think the 360 will make a greater impact. with developers like capcom, snk, ubisoft, rockstar, square, tecmo, and now konami. I do believe we will see some great games. I've liked all the games i've purchased so far with the exception of prey.

the PS3 is out of the question for me. Its just way to expensive. and I know thats the primary reason that everyone bitches about. I wouldn't mind having a PS3 but so far there isn't much support for the system and it rly hasn't delivered in terms of games that are out. ROM looks fun but I would never buy a system for one game and one game alone. We will see what the PS3 can do in late 07 and early 08.
