Mine is to start exercising more and start slowing down on the weed smoking.

Damn... I don't make New Years resolutions but I need to stop drinking so much and start working out again. I also need to find a job that I am happy with. I have not smoked weed for 3 months because I need to be clean for the piss tests. I hope to smoke soon although I am somewhat 'over it' at the moment.

+1, i need to stop teh tree and get more serious sbout training, get into a good mma gym. ive cut down and taken breaks from teh tree as a sorto pre quiting phaze. i plan to get ripped non stop upon arriving in ny tomoro until i get back tho.

I HAD to. I'm looking for work so I cannot smoke. I will not smoke again until I am happy. I have been a a bit depressed for the past three months. Not about weed but about work itself. I had the greatest job in the world until changes forced me to resign. I am a little bitter about that in itself. I try not to let it show or even think about it but I fail. I will WIN though! I always do.

hope you find the job you want bro, i to will be looking for new work when the holidays are finally over. that is another reason i will quit smoking the herb.

This is the longest I have gone since I was 15. Surprisingly, you forget about it after about 3 weeks or so. I did not think it was possible but you do. That works for me at the moment. No temptation. I used to get drunk and crave weed. Now I get drunk and crave shots of whisky. Lesser of the two evils? Probably. Employers don't test for whisky.

i have a feeling that wen i get back from my vacation i may have to find new work as well, shit has been slow lately and im sensing wierd hints. if so i may jus decide to move back to ny, i hav work lined up ther, my friends, a place to train, and a place to stay. im just not sure if im ready to leave my obligations here yet.

ive been smoking since i was 13 now im 43 (in 5 days) so thats what...30 yrs of smoking the tree. will it be easy for me to quit ??

exactly^ and i dunno how hard it will be bro, 30 years of non stop? ive only been smoking for maybe like 4-5 years, but the time you hav been smokin shudnt make much of a difference. wen you stop you feel much better in so many ways, you'll see

Amen to that, fast food is evil. But it's so easy. If you're gonna eat fast food at least eat grilled chicken or turkey sandwiches or salads with low fat dressing. And be sure to steer clear of any and all deep fried products.

Every deep fried prodcut you eat removes 30 minutes from your life, 10 mintues to eat it and 20 minutes to shit it out.

I hope I get my Blue belt this year. Oh! I hope to do my first no Gi tourney too, and enter the pan ams.
