"The information began to be released on 2 November 2005 by a retired senior official within the US Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) who calls himself "Anonymous". Until he chooses to make his name known, this is the way he will be represented here. Anonymous reports that he is not acting individually and is part of a group of six DIA personnel working together as an alliance: three current and three former employees. He is their chief spokesman.

Up to and including 21 December, the information was released in installments on a private UFO e-mail list moderated by Victor Martinez. The list at that time contained about a hundred and fifty people, including many extremely well-known names in UFO research"

So...basically, this whole website is based on some anonymous guy's postings on a UFO mailing list?

Yeah, I'll buy that. That's credible right there.

You schumck, take 5 minutes and read the material and you might find out how there are people backing him up, that the story actually is in Close Encounters of the Third kind and alot of other shit noob.

Oh, I read it. If this information was so new and revolutionary, then why had everyone who was responding to him already heard the story, and were correcting him on parts of it? They even were talking about a book which the story was published in!

Face it, there is no actual evidence in that entire website...it's just a bunch of UFO conspiracy nerds sitting around having a circle jerk.

Most of that material read like a C-grade made-for-TV sci-fi movie plot. People pointed out that the described orbit of the planet around two stars was physically impossible, so the quack just claims that time and physics work differently there? Ha! They don't call them "laws" of physics for nuthin', buddy. You can't just take a ride to the next solar system and expect all the laws of the universe to flip upside down.

I particularly love the part where the moderator claims to have corrected the guy's posts for spelling and grammar...like a guy who was involved with a top-secret government alien-exchange program wouldn't be able to spell. Ha!

P.S.--the story was in Close Encounters of the Third Kind? That's a Steven Spielberg movie, it *must* be true!

Is that one of those crazy Nancy Lieder "Planet X" websites? That lady is batshit insane, no other way to put it, and her claims are ridiculous and easily proven false. I think "supposedly" is the most important word in your post.

The question is how many of you would go? I don't think I could answer that without being faced with it.
