Hey guys, I just started stacking it with caffeine and lost 30 lbs. in three months, along with diet and my normal weight training.
It's not hard to obtain at all. People think it's banned entirely. Truth is the F.D.A. only banned its use in supplements. You can buy Ephedrine in its pure form from the drug store. Ephedrine is used as a bronchiole dilator, as well as to break up phlegm and make your cough more effective. Some brands known to sell the drug are, Primatene, and BronchAID. If any of you've used it, post your experiences, and tell me your take on the drug. I’d appreciate it thanks.

if you eat right and run/weight train normally you should be able to take off around 10 lbs a month anyway..give or take a couple.without the ephedrine and caffeine pills. of course after you lose a certain amount the loses will slow and you might have to change up the routine depending on your body but those things are bad news

yeah thats the only thing I didn't like, I kinda got addicted to it cause you have so much damn energy through out the day. Yeah one day at work I actually hooked myself up to the heart monitor and I was a-fib, which is not a normal sinus heart rythum. I've been off it for a little over 2 weeks now.

It was the supplement of choice in the 90's for fat loss. All the gurus used it, and recommended it. The only real problems started after the bodybuilders took it to their usual extremes and abused it.
A good sub is pseudoE, and make your own old-skool C/A/E stack.
...oh, and train a bit, I guess.

There is a downside to ephedrine use as there is with everything, but most of the bad press has to do with isolated incidents that are glorified by the media. For example, a 300 and something pound overweight football player training his ass off in extreme heat to achieve his dream of playing in the NFL dies, ephedrine is found in his system and it is considered the devil. It's just like the way some people think that MMA is barbaric, they just need more information to make an informed decision. That being said, ephedrine use can be dangerous in the hands of someone who doesn't listen to the recommended dosages.
