LOL I came here to do the Subway joke, thinking I was all clever and shit but people already beat me to it.

Favorite submission is definatly the Crippler Crossface, that is a nightmare if someone strong puts you into it. I made one of my friends cry in grade 7 with it.

rear-naked chokes, key-lock from gaurd, heel-hook, chicken-wing to achilles lock/knee bar. all are favorites for me. It all depends on the position you get yourself into though . . . I personally like a variety of moves from different positions, mostly I like moves you can use in transition.

I love the triangle choke, so many ways to transition to it(from guard, mount, flying), and so many options from it (choke, armbar, striking). And it gives you a nice view of thier face as you make them tap.

I constantly find myself transitioning into an ude garami, despite my concious efforts to go for something else. I go in thinking "I'm going for this armbar on the left here" and then i am hitting the right side with my good old stand by. That's why i get tooled so much by the experienced guys though, i guess...

The armbar. Perhaps the most versatile submission out there. Rickson said once in an interview that he finishes about 90% of his matches with an armbar or RNC. You only need a couple moves when you know how to use them.
