Fuck I hate Source with a passion.I fucking hate everything about it, the mouse aim feels shit, the movement shit, shit registration, fucking guns are retarded - run and spray wins the day.. and thats not even the half of it.It doesn't even look that good to be honest!
I can't play 1.6 which is miles ahead of source, some patch screwed over a few people with input lag and massive fps loss.
Its so sad because all that had to be done was make 1.6 look like Source but they ended up making a balls of it. I get pissed off because I need my CS fix every now and then and can't play it .. have to play source and that makes me want to ring valve up and tell them what a bunch of shit cunts they are everytime I start it up.

I have to agree, if you don't like css then...well I dunno but it is a really good fps tho I never played 1.6. Actualy I did once manage to get in a server after numerous technical faults, and i uninstalled it straight after highly dissapointed lol that's just me tho.

Fucking clueless ranter. Steam is the delivery program , the game engine works within this system. Aswell the registration problem is documented and admitted.

Also fuck up , css is a zero skill game just like it was designed to be.

Its still Steams, and valves problem. And how is css a zero skill game. Did you suck at css that bad, that you had to downgrade to 1.6 where your decent at and just want to believe that 1.6 is better so it makes it look like 1.6 is a harder game to play then css. CSS dosent look like shit. Last time i checked 1.6 didnt have ragdoll physics and HL2 engine, or directx9( pixel shader). By the way, whats your specs on your computer?

Best free game is definitely Star Control 2, it is an old game from 1992, but it is the shit still. It is kind of a cross between an RPG, wierd space game, and a strategy game. It is teh best though, you go to different stars and planets and talk to crazy aliens and have battles with your customizable space fleet.
