If you are talking about for the XBOX you can try this. http://www.mod-chip.com/ There are dozens of sites dedicated to modding the XBOX. Just Google XBOX mods, modding, emulator chips etc. I did not do my own but paid someone else to do it. It looks pretty simple though and they say it only takes 10 minutes. You will need the "special tools" to open the XBOX though. They are under $5. There is also a solderless chip which should be less work.
