I know that people say that judo throws are demoralizing but IMO there is nothing more demoralizing than being in the clinch and getting straight up over powered, bear hugged, and then thrown like at the 2:00 mark and the one right after that. Judo throws are all setup and technique, but when you get fucking squeezed like that it's just sheer power first and then technique. It makes you feel weak.

When you finish a throw or slam you have to soften it and control the opponents landing so he doesn't get hurt. Or else you get disqualified. But if one of those guys was on asphalt and dealing with an attacker... might be interesting.

um, no, you try to put the guy through the mat, you don't soften the end of a throw, especially not at that level.

I noticed in the video and in real life that most people avoid spiking their opponents on their head/ spine or they could be dead. If I chose to kill guys in a match it would have been easy to on lesser opponents. Same with better guys killing me if they were trying to. I threw guys to their back to avoid hurting them seriously. In the video you can see some control of which position they have their opponents land.
