tthers this thing called winrar its free ,google it. works greaat.it unzips it or whatevs.

Can't rly, they're pretty much zipped folders. First download and install winrar, http://www.download.com/WinRAR/3000-2250_4-10583567.html?tag=lst-0-1

then you can open rar files but it's to extract what's in them

.rar files are compressed files, the same as ,zip files.

Download and install winrar.

Then use that to decompress the .rar file.

i love it how people just repeat what the user on top said, only to make their post count increase.
