Goldeneye was the last good Bond film.The others were fucking atrocious and Pierce Brosnan wasn't a bad Bond by any means.The writing was bottom of the barrel gash. Saying it's the best .. I'd be skeptical. Hopefully the franchise has taken a chance on something completely different.

no its very raw... its good, some times the guys face annoys me... but there are some hot bitches, and its good action, and good humor and good plot...

The gadgets are cool, but I liked the lack of gadgets because it made Bond more realistic and helped add to the storyline because they had to solve problems without using some ridiculous gadget ala invisible car.

The worst Bond gadget that comes to mind was for Tomorrow Never Dies (hopefully that was the title).
Bond has a BMW with a wire cutting device concealed under the manufacturer logo at the front of the car, and what do you know... the perfect scenario comes along to use it when he is confronted in a tiered parking building by a bunch of thugs. These resourceful motherfuckers came with a cable to prevent a car passing through their blockade for the skirmish with Bond ,but what do you know! The wire cutting device extends to perfect height and severs the cable allowing Bond to escape that little trap.

Casino Royale was the business even if the narrative was a little difficult to follow at times.

I did not like this Bond movie that much at all. The guy that played Bond in casino royal (can't remember his name) was in a much better movie called Layer Cake. It is a good fucking movie a gangster revenge action movie.

Peter Seller did a funny version called Casino Royale. Some funny shit.
But I still think that Dr. Strangelove or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb is Sellers best movie. If you have not seen Dr. Strangelove yet I would highly recommend it.

Casino Royale was just freaking awesome from the capping people without warning to the hot chicks, and the better acting IMHO. Daniel Craig i think is his name not sure but man he is awesome he also bulked up quite a bit for this role. I think that the bond series has definately taken a turn for the better.
