Mostly you are going for larger fish. I like fishing for Yellowfin tuna, those bastards can get over 300 pounds, and they fight and fight. So the biggest difference is you are using larger gear and bait. Sardines, anchovies, and Squid. Mackeral if you trolling for marlin or dorado and large fast moving fish.

Shit, I would love to catch a big tuna. How much meat do you get off of a typical one? Do you have your own boat?
