i started recently training judo with the us olympic coach.... i have no concept of grappling and find it odd not trying to knee someone when they get close. i also dislike being held down like a child in side control.

BJJ is way better than catch wrestling
how many catch wrestlers have won the ADCC
and for lota119 if matt serra heard u say u would rather train catch wrestling you would get your arm ripped off

bjj better than catch tell that to saku after he defeated royce...butthis agument can go back and forth so i am going to say that they shouldnt be seperate buut combined now...
the funny thing is serra studies catch wrestling also...

that debate could go on forever....basically they both are pretty mucuh the same now (catch has integrated the guard) althoguh there are some variations....
it boils down to not wat style is better but who works harder...
