View Full Version : Amazing ending for the Liakhovich/Briggs fight
It was so boring and to close to call up until the last minute of the 12th round when Briggs went in to score a knockdown.
Liakhovich was able to make it back to his feat only to get put through the ropes from a barrage of punches in the last 20 seconds
Winner: Shannon Briggs 12th round TKO

Yea whats up with these boring snoozers and in the final round boom someone gets popped for a drmatic ending kinda fishy

apparently Liakhovich is protesting the ending, doubt it will do much
The reason Liakhovich fought a boring cautious fight was that Briggs hurt him in the first round, he was also out speeding Sergei with his punches not to mention punching a lot harder also. Briggs paced himself to go the distance which added to the fight being so boring. Briggs has at least a chance against any other heavy, for one simple reason, he hits as hard or harder than any other heavy at the moment.
