I trained in it under a guy named Omry Ban (sp?) for a short while in Long Beach, CA. That guy is a great teacher IMO. He loves teaching and it shows. Anyone living near downtown Long Beach might want to check out his gym (Long Beach Kickboxing Center). It's ghetto but that's part of the toughness.
