Ive got like a textbook on medieval martial arts. Its got a ton of stuff in it. Diagrams showing hand-to-hand, weapon defense, and using multiple types of medieval weaponry. Its pretty cool.

Is Systema a medeival martial art? I heard that it was developed by Russian Orthodox monks in the olden days, and later utilized by the Russian Spec Ops Spetsnatz.
