this is a cool organization... dedicated to greco- and freestyle wrestling. they have teams from different parts of the US and they have little meets. theres 6 or 7 different weight classes and most of these guys are top wrestlers in the world.

there are some pod casts you can download, check it out... the rules are a little different than freestyle or greco-roman... theres a little bit of sumo in there too... check it out
