before to get your blood flowing to your muscles better and your body warmed up, it shouldnt be a long tiring run but enough to get you warmed up and ready to go.

a quick warm uip can be done, but it shouldn't be so bad that your too tired for your main workout

I like to run after so more muscles are not spent when I workout.

when I run before it seems that I lift more, not saying that's right, just what works for me

You are supposed to give yourself ten minutes at min. to warm up so a light jog or other activities can do that...but as for training it is best to do after you workout so that your muscles are causing you to be sloppy during practice....that also goes for ab workouts they should be done after your run!

i use a biocycle (stationary bike) to warm up before i work out. i do a 6 minute sprint at about 35mph on a course, and that gets me going for sure
