weight traning 3-4 times a week... cardio 5-6 times a week (strictly running cycling or swimming) jiu jitsu twice a week, boxing twice a week.... and i throw in judo every sat, but its not really needed... but that hits all the major groups needed for a well rounded fighter.

but when i say bjj twice a week... i only do 1 - 2 hours... pro fighters will do this for 4 hours a day... every day

Thats alot of training, do you plan on going pro?

its not as bad as you think...

weight training is easy i go to the gym every other day for an hour... not a big deal.

i run (sometimes swim or cycle but mostly just run) for an hour during the weekdays

jiu jitsu is on tues and thursday for an hour

i dont do boxing... i put that in for people who want a total body and training workout

i still go to judo classes on sat mornings for an hour.

so all and all its not really intense... iv thought about going pro, but i dont have time to train everyday for 4 hours. thats pretty much what it takes.

i always told myself that if i became rich or won the lotto that i would train to be a pro fighter... but it hasnt happend yet.

Yeah thats what I have always said. If I won the lottery I would train all day and get in superman shape not necassarily go pro but at least become really strong from training.
