If I won the lottery I would train all day and get in superman shape not necassarily go pro but at least become really strong from training. mbkickboxer 11-03-2006, 09:43 PM Monday - Bodyweight conditioning. Air Squats, pushups, situps, pull ups, sprinting..etc. Tuesday - Vale Tudo training for 2 hours Wednesday - Thai Boxing/Boxing and conditioning for 2 hours or more Thursday - Thai Boxing/Boxing and conditioning Friday - sparring 1 hour, heavy bag work and conditioning 1-2 hours Saturday - BJJ/Wrestling 1 hour, conditioning boxing/thai boxing 2 hours.
