ive been training in MMA/Jiu Jitsu/Wrestling 6/7 days a week intensively for 4 months now... but I still only have a 4 pack.. Its weird I can do ALOT of situps at one time, but i still have no abs, and I do lots of cardio.. I eat healthy most of the time, whats my problem???

You still have too much fat over your lower abs and your uppermost abs

I don't have a six pack and never will because I'm too old and like drinking too much to get on the kind of diet necessary

weed is my diet, its also my religion too. weed can fill in for a lot of things.
There is a lot more to your core than situps. Look up paul chek if you want to know how to train your core well.

Just lower your body fat percentage, it's not that you don't have them, they're just covered by a layer of fat.
Though, it's important to train all your core muscles not just your rectus abdominis. For martial artists a strong core is essential.

Just follow these exercises, I do them every week. You'll definitely see an improvement in balance, posture, protection against strikes to the body, etc.

I suggest running for 30 min at a 70% maximal heart rate and switch up your core routine its not about how many straight up sit ups you can do you gotta confuse the core and train every aspect of it but yah man it sounds like you just need to do some fat burning running

Do you do any extensive med ball exercises there awesome for increasing explosiveness core strength and flexibility
diet needs to be SQUEAKY clean.

it's all about the diet man. i train everyday and only when i cut weight do i actually see my abs. six-pack is all for show anyway, it doesn't make you better at anything...

Fuck having a six pack, have strongman gutt[ akeg if you will,LoL] six pack is all about diet, not your training, I have some skinny ass friends who have em and never do any sit ups, if I was to clean up my diet and stuff, I would have one of those crazy 8 packs, but its not fucking worth it, give me the triple whopper with cheese and mayo, and the lamb kebabs and chili sauce.
Plus women actualy tend to like a guy who has bigs arms/chest, but the six pack can make alot of girls thinks your a bit gay, or very vain[women like a man to be a man]. Show a chick an on season bodybuilder, they will screw thier face up, show em the very same dude off season and they find it more appealing, go figure!!!
