I've trained briefly at 1) The Wat, which is run by Phil Nurse. GSP trains there 2) Kurt Pellegrino's gym in Belmar, NJ.
The Wat specializes in Muay Thai and the instruction was great but its very $$$. Pellegrino's was OK but the striking instruction was rudimentary at best. BJJ instruction was better but I wouldn't call it top notch. A lot of guys fight out of that gym though so if you're looking to fight def. check it out.
