I saw Lesnar use it too in his All Access episode. It looks like a killer upper body workout, but I can't find a name for it.

Thanks for the info. I figured the 'shoes would be the best place to ask. Now I can try to find one used to ad to my home gym.

Not yet, I'm too worried I'll pass out and crack my head open. I saw Sherk doing something similar, but with a gas mask instead of a snorkel.

Hammer Strength stuff is pretty fucking expensive. From what I remember, their website only addressed corporate sales clients. Also, the Jammer is usually something used by football teams (pro or colleges with a serious program and budget). Even if you find one used, which is probably remote, chances are it would still be cost prohibitive.

Here’s a possible alternative

Thanks for the vid. It's a good idea. Someone else who reviewed it also suggested The Grappler from Elitefts, so I might try that instead. It's only $300, much cheaper than the $800 I found for the cheapest used Jammer.

Rather than splash out on any expensive equipment try using a barbell, weight on one end only, other end under a heavy sandbag or in a corner.

This acts a lot like the WS grappler & you can perform a lot of the same exercises. I'm particularly fond of using it for twists & 'punching presses'.

Here's a link to Ross Enamait using it.

Ross is a beast. If he's using it, it must be good.
