This is really new to me.. back pain, we worked out in our gym INTENSIVELY, like harder than what i have EVER done, with weights, boxing/Muai Thai, GNP, cardio, it was one huge workout, no breaks, 25 minutes straight

Next morning i wake up, i can barely walk, I went to ortho bionamy, it still hurts, hell, i might have to miss another day of training tonight.

It is muscle pain, is there anyway to cure this fast? This is new to me, so i have no idea what to do.. thanks!

Where abouts on your back is the pain situated, lower or upper back?

What kind of hurt it is? There are lots of different types of pain. You could have just overworked it, or strained a muscle, or herniated a disc.

Why do you HAVE to continue with such an intense regimen? Could you scale it back and ease into it a little more.

Also--ten minute ice baths=equals intense pain followed by recovery.

Is it a sharp knife pain or a burning soreness or a stiff pain?

I would say, that you have probably caused a little nerve damage, this often happens when your workout is to intense, and you loose concentration and form when doin things.
It nothin to worry about, like reaper man said Ice baths will help, I would take aspirin 3 times a day, and swap hot with cold showers/baths. Also do some hangs on a pull up bar with wrist wraps[spinal contraction] or lie on a decline like on a roman chair for situps, and lie thier for 3 sets of 3 minutes to help stretch your back out.
I have lots of shit with my back in the past, but nothing I couldn't sort out with lying down head first on a decline and hangs. If its more just over worked muscles, do some upper back stretches. Mostly warm up before you do a workout, as it sounds like you didn't, or whomever training you pushed you to hard.

a good thing to use is get a tennis ball and lay down on it and use it to roll on your back. a medicine ball is even better. not a large 15 lb one but one of those small 5 lb ones.

Stretch properly is not static stretching. Here help shoulder:

-Read Eric Cressey
-Do Inside out warmups and or Magnificient Mobility
-Do lots of rows
-Correct posture
-Foam roll

lots more...

I'm no pro, all I can reccomend is give it some time to heal. If you're still bad in a week or two I'd look into it deeper. No need to waste money on a doc if he's just going to tell you to rest.

Is it a sharp knife pain or a burning soreness or a stiff pain?

*looks down front of pants*

I don't want to talk about it.
