In Your Experience, Do MMA Shorts Run Larger or Smaller than Regular Pant Sizes?

I had luck with my last pair as they fit perfectly, but I plan on ordering another pair. I wear a 34 in regular pants, and this site looks like they have a 34-35 then 36-7 i believe is the next one up. I'd like them to fit well around the waist and be slightly below the knee level. What's your experience been?

They tend to run larger for me. Has made it kind of a pain when ordering online and not trying shit on.
