I admit I am skeptical of Deppak Chopra, mostly for venturing into areas which are not in his realm of expertise. For instance, if I were asking him for advice on diabetes, I would be happy to take his advice. If I were asking him what to do with my bipolar ex-girlfriend I would be more suspicious. If I were asking him about what he thought about quantum mechanics :vomitbig: I would be even more so.
So tell us what you learned in Chopra's Health and Wellbeing programs.

First off my ninjabro, its not MY system. I'm simply putting myself here to offer what advice I've picked up along this journey of life OK? Like I said before I attended several of Dr. Chopra's programs and I find that I got the most out of his primordial sound meditation and emotional freedom programs. http://chopra.com/freedom Here's a link to it and the other programs I've attended and have been certified in. You can read it all there. Im no guru, I just think that I am pretty good at taking what I learned, and putting it back out in a way that almost everyone can understand and benefit from, which is why besides being a Cesar Gracie blue belt, I am also a kid's instructor.

That sounds cool.
I must say though, Chopra did not invent EFT(emotional freedom technique) and he shouldn't be pretending he did. If you look up EFT on google you'll find the originator of it.
EFT is also suspicious because many people believe its just a form of anchoring. It has generally been found to help people at least temporarily. I suggest anyone try it. Here's a basic one you can do.
P.S.(This guy clearly didn't invent EFT. Its weird how someone in the self help industry invents something and then 1000 other people take it and pretend that they invented it without referencing the originator. This happens in NLP all the time).
