Hit up a vitaman store like GNC or Vitamin World the clerks usually know their stuff. mbkickboxer 11-03-2006, 09:40 PM Man...all of these products are a waste of money. I'm sure they work...but you can buy products containing the same ingredients for almost nothing. Creatine Glutamine Protein Powder Flax Oil CLA Green Tea Multi-Vitamin ZMA If you are going to use supplements those should definitely be part of your diet. If you can find products from NOW nutrition...you can get all of those for under 70 bucks....the same price as one shitty can of NOX-CG3 which is nothing more that Glutamin, creatine and argenines and some blueberry/cherry flavoring. You can make your own nox-cg3 blend for under 30 bucks. The Savage 11-04-2006, 09:17 PM Xyience produces over-priced, over-hyped, standard-at-best supplements.
