I agree he had a serious level of power from any angle. I just wonder if it was due to his training or if it was mostly genetic.

I think his short compact frame had something to do with it as far as generating a shitload of speed and torque.

I think genetics are a big part, look at tommy hearns and even hw's like liston and foreman who had long bodies but hit like sledgehammers.
