Was wondering if anyone knew of a heavy bag that you could leave outside without having to worry about bringing it down because of rain or snow? Tried ebay, but nothing listed there.

Zere 08-12-2008, 09:52 PM i use trees CreatureCore 08-13-2008, 04:54 PM lol haha, well i only got shrubs, no trees. svr01 08-14-2008, 05:25 PM Snow and frost will probably make the bag very weak. When you punch it for the first time after a cold winter it will probably break. Can't you put it in a garden shed or someting like that? CreatureCore 08-14-2008, 06:06 PM No, only have a very small shed which is full of shit already. Only other option is to stick it in the house, but thats just going to be in the way. With school starting this semester im going to have to stop taking muay thai for 3 months, so i at least wanted to keep a heavy bag to hit during that time. beetsh 08-14-2008, 07:50 PM get a tarp to put over it as long as you keep it dry it will be fine beetsh 08-14-2008, 07:51 PM i would imagine....! i mean how many people have bags in unheated garages? loads so he cold shouldnt matter. its all about the moisture CreatureCore 08-15-2008, 05:34 AM i would imagine....! i mean how many people have bags in unheated garages? loads so he cold shouldnt matter. its all about the moisture True, im going to try that, thanks. Can't you put it in a garden shed or someting like that? False. I had a white canvas 70lbs bag from Everlast that stayed outside (only slightly under an overhang) in the snow and frost for over 5 years without any problems. Rob 08-16-2008, 06:32 AM Moisture can cause mould to grow and then next time you punch it you'll breath that shit in and it won't be good for you at all. beetsh 08-21-2008, 10:43 AM cos you never get moisture in a gym....
