Does anyone know any good routines to strengthen my grip besides masturbating, because I know someone will say that.

my grip used to suck....then I went out and bought a couple cans of tennis balls, carried a tennis ball around for a couple months wherever I went and would squeeze it all day as hard as I could. It deffinatly helped a lot.

And masturbation of course

Get an old Gi and tie it somewhere high and do chinups on the collar, on the sleeve, on both, etc. everyday

go online and look for captains of crush grippers. i have a pair and they are great but i messed up by only training the right hand and neglecting the left

I read an article by Rhadi Fergouson and he said the same thing about using an old GI to do pullups. Thanks, I'll probably try those.

yeah, i get alot of good porn and then i grip hard on my long, hard, pole, and go to work. I switch it up from time to time to work out both hands. My grips is great now, minus the arthritis and hairy palms.

The Captains of Crush grippers rock, but for a seriously evil grip workout, try doing chins or deadlifts with Eagle Loops like these http://www.londonkettlebells.com/acatalog/GripEquipment.html When you can do one-armed pullups with eagle loops, you'll know your grip is supreme (no, I can't do that - I can't even do one-armed pullups)
Working out with kettlebells is also a very good way of improving your grip

you could do wrist curls. or become a mechanic and get used to working with your hands. or hold a peanut butter jar all day.

That sounds like an awesome exercise. I'll have to try it out.

farmer walks, plate pinches (holding a plate in each hand using just your finger tips), deadlifts, plate squeezes (take two really light 5lb plates in each hand and hold them together as long as you can)

the grippers will help with crushing strength, as well as being able to hold your opponent while wrestling/clinching

i bought one of those magic wrist ball things...

theyre pretty sweet...they strengthen your grip, wrists and forearms. its the single most amazing thing ive ever experienced and not to mention addictive. theres cheap imitation ones they still do the trick just without all the fancy gadgets
